BE Entertainment is dedicated to the excellence of artistic expression. We are driven by the blessings given to us by our heavenly Father, to enhance the entertainment industry, to provide opportunities, to train professionals and perfect natural talents.

The Dream
BE or Blessed Essence Entertainment is a performing arts organization founded in 2017 and incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2018 by Niques Francois and Nyol Manswell. Nyol and Niques were co-workers teaching in Bishop’s Centenary High School. They were both passionate about youth development and performing arts and used their resources to start a school choir and drama club.
In 2017 they produced their first original musical production entitled Where Sarah Gone? through the school and never looked back. Now with their Administrative Director and friend, Akai Webster they continue the work of youth development through the arts and seek to provide opportunities for upcoming local and regional performing artists.
Productions and Programs
BE Entertainment provides many amazing opportunities for upcoming performing artist, including but not limited to; workshops, afterschool programs, vocal training, acting training and annual productions. The main objectives of BE Entertainment are to:
- Provide a space in society for young entertainers in the areas of drama, music and dance and all their subsidiaries.
- Provide a free space where performing arts skills can be enhanced for young people between the ages of 11 to 18.
- Create a platform where we can internationally market the entertainment culture of Trinidad and Tobago.
- Establish best practices in terms of the entertainment industry in Trinidad.
- Host workshops and seminars to enlighten artists as well as the general public on the art form (entertainment industry).
Programs include
Girl Be Heard-A youth development program for girls aged 13-18 with focus on poetry, writing and performing.
Becoming a Better Man-A youth development program for boys aged 13-18 with focus on poetry, self-expression and performing.
Annual Productions
BE Entertainment has produced at least one musical drama production since 2017, written and director by Niques Francois and music by Nyol Manswell.
